From fine wine cellar to tempting beer mecca

Beer Cellar is part of Flakhaven Gastro, a combined food house and brewery. You can eat delicious food in the restaurant and enjoy freshly brewed beer in our Beer Cellar, and you are welcome to participate in all our social events. Beer Cellar used to be a fine wine cellar, and while we still offer the city's best selection of port wine, pub owner Steven has now taken over and turned the premises into a lively, relaxed oasis for anyone who needs to relax after work.

You can grab a bite to eat from our restaurant and take it down to the pub, or you can settle for a beer or ten. With 21 beer taps, there's plenty to choose from. Among other things, you have the opportunity to taste the Brewery Flakhaven's very own beer, or you can try one of our many exciting guest beers from Denmark and abroad – we especially lash many Scottish BrewDogs over the counter!

We love to experiment with beer, which is why we also sell Cask Ale as the only place in Odense. Our Cask Ale arrives in barrels, fermented on tap before opening and anchored 24 hours before they find their way to your glass, just as you made beer in the good old days. You can taste our Cask Ale every Friday and Saturday.

A cosy community in the Beer Cellar

It's no secret that we love beer, but Beer Cellar has more to offer. We also have social events. For example, we show Formula 1 on the big screen - and we warmly welcome the whole of Odense. In the cellar, you can escape from the everyday hassle with a beautiful combination of delicious food, ice-cold draft beer, happy people and sweet music in your ears.
