We are proud to welcome you to Bryggeriet Flakhaven in the heart of Odense. We brew our own quality beers in large copper kettles that attract beer enthusiasts from all over Funen and the rest of the country.

Our brewery is the heart of the gastronomic house Flakhaven Gastro, where you will find a restaurant and a cellar pub, Beer Cellar, which sells the brewery's own beer. In other words, Flakhaven Gastro opens its doors to a culinary world with beer brewing at its core.

The large copper-coloured brew kettles greet you when you step inside the brewery. This is where malt, yeast and water become the beer you can taste in the restaurant and in the pub, and which you can immediately smell as you enter our gastronomic house.

In the brewery, you regularly meet the brewmaster in the process of making a brew. We produce our beer based on proud traditions, excellent care and local ingredients.
